Incredibly unhelpful and not knowledgeable at all, they had zero interest in helping me since I wasn't switching to Verizon. Find somewhere else to take your business.  They are not worth the time.

Josh was extremely helpful and has made the transfer to Verizon almost enjoyable. He was quick to answer all of my many questions and was proactive in finding the best deals and promos that applied to my situation. I will definitely be returning to this location for all my needs and inquiries. Thank you.

This can be a busy place, wait times upwards of 20-30 min. On this particular trip in an empty store I stood there 10 minutes before anybody acknowledged me. The staff is friendly and helpful but not extremely knowledgeable with equipment good with just basics

I came to this disaster of a place to get a sim card.  Both reps were with customers,  somewhat.  One was simply waiting for a transfer of contacts for an iPhone which does not require him to do anything.  The other was genuinely helping his customer.  I out of respect waited for thirty minutes. Knowing that itnwiuld not take long for them to give me a sim I walked up andnpokitely let them know that was all I  needed.  They were very aggressive about the fact it would take a long time cause they had to figure out what kind of sim I needed,  even though I told them exactly what I needed. I don't mean to be a jerk I never do this,  but listening to them discuss the phones they were selling was amazing.  There lack of knowledge made me truly believe that they were new.  Anyways 1 hour 30 minutes later after berrating me for not putting one of the display phones back the way he liked it. They finally decided to help me.  Took Thirty seconds.  I respectfully waited for two hours while they talked about there Friday night pa LANs for something I knew and expressed would take two minutes and they made me wait. I'm not be laming the whole store just one employee who's name was Frank.  He's terrible I will not visit this location again if he's there.
