A friend and I went to this restaurant. Sat there for 20 minutes waiting to be served. There is no sign reading "come to the front to be served" or "please wait." There's nothing instructing you what to do. We seated ourselves and waited. There was one waitress behind the counter. She looked over at us SEVERAL times, so we know she saw us. But she completely ignored us. She wasn't doing anything and there were no other customers to be served, so she wasn't busy. She was just flat-out ignoring us. Other people around us had already been served. If we were supposed to come to the counter to order our meal, a sign should have been up to tell us, or maybe the waitress could have bothered to take two seconds to come and inform us that we needed to come up and order. But we wouldn't have been able to order anyhow, because there was literally no menu anywhere to be seen. Not on the chalkboard behind the counter, not sitting on the tables, not anywhere. It's as though they expect you to psychically read their minds to find out what kind of pizza and pasta they have. We left and will never go again. Not two days after this disaster, I brought it up with a co-worker, who commented that she once ordered a "the works" pizza from Southside, which is meant to be topped with pepperoni, bacon, mushrooms, green peppers, tomatoes and lots of other goodies. But the pizza arrived sans all those ingredients and only had pepperoni. When she called to complain, she was treated VERY rudely. After I heard this story from my coworker, I was not surprised. This restaurant has terrible service - I have experienced it myself, as well as heard it from dozens of others, and read it in many reviews. It's a shame because some have said the pizza is delicious. Unfortunately, I will never get to try it, because the service is so bad. A shame!

I stopped in last night. wow what a menu! and they are open late! which is great since I'm living in the east end. there's not much around. & they have L.L.B.O.!!! I was happy to have a beer while I waited for my pizza. can't get that at papa John's. It was very clean inside. bonus! reasonable prices to boot! I will return..... I'm excited to try other snacks, meals and sandies! i think the one review was funny abt the fried pickles.. UM DELIVERY DRIVERS ADMIT TO EATING PPL'S ORDERS FYI. get on the page !!! thats one reason why you DON'T EVER order delivery. the driver will do whatever they want to your food.

Awesome place to come with friends and family for fun every Friday for karaoke. Terry who runs the karaoke is awesome. The food is terrific, the service is prompt and very polite. The washrooms are kept sooooo clean. Very impressed.

If i could have put zero stars i would have. Our delivery order was 72 dollars. The food came in good time but was missing the deep fried dill pickles. Immediately called n asked for them to bring the rest of our order. Was forwarded to the super RUDE manager. He claimed he put them in the bag. Then that the driver must of ate them on the way over. What kind of service is this?! Asked who the driver worked for?! N was hung up on. Coward if you ask me. Worst sevice ive ever had. Save your money n spare yourself the terrible customer service.

Horrible service. Ordered a large poutine, picked it up brought it home and immediately called them to ask why it was only 1/3 full... The cook insisted the bag of fries was low and he went to the basement and got more, he refused to take back my order and tried to call me on to fight.
