This YMCA location is older and has old equipment. The staff is nice and the facility is usually not crowded. It is conveniently located and easy to access. Has an indoor pool. The only real negative is that it is old and due for an update.

Nothing negative to say, equipment is pretty decent, and not huge crowd so you have to wait for machines. Indoor pool also a nice touch

I love all of the YMCAs in BR. I mainly go for Zumba classes but occasionally to try out another class or just use the cardio equipment or weights. The group exercise classes can get a little crowded and it gets pretty hot in the room. Get there early for a good spot and stay hydrated!

They keep increasing prices and cutting back the hours open. They close at any opportunity, all holidays. Definitely not run like a business. Been a member since 1995 and considering switching gyms. Their hours are so inconvenient.

My second favorite YMCA behind AC Lewis. Has a pretty good mix of equipment and usually too crowded.
