Meh. I mean honestly, it's what you'd expect of a laundromat. It's unfortunate folks leave their trash, not putting it in proper receptacles, and leaving clothes/towels behind to leave this place smelling musky - I can't blame the owners for after hour events out of their control. 
Only discouragement is it is expensive. $16 for three loads.

It's really going downhill. I've been coming here for about 2 years and it's slowly starting to show its age. Some of the washers don't work. You want to run a successful business you need to make sure your things work. Hope you fix what's broken.

There are two locations. 
This one which comes up in Google (located beside Lynch’s Furniture) is nice. It is clean, the restrooms are clean and functional, there’s a TV, a play area and a cafe-style seating area. It has a laundry drop-off service, so presumably, staff would be present at times. It would rate 4 stars because some machines have doors that do not seal. But it was a painless laundry trip here when our machine went out at home.
The location at the Zeigenbein Rd. intersection is quite gross. This location’s machines are priced higher. The bathroom has been out-of-order for a questionable length of time as the entire facility wreaks of sewer. The change machine was empty. There are no staff on site. 1 star because it exists.

Some of the machines were broken, a few unsavory people got in a shouting match while I was there as well. It met my needs.

Go early to avoid any issues such as not getting a working machine and people in verbal fights.

Nicely kept, staff was helpful in explaining why the washer kept saying it wanted .50 more after we gave it the price requested originally & it registered. Come to find out it cost more to wash in HOT water.
