One star is to many for this bank. The employees completely ignored us the entire time we were there. No one was in the bank but us the employees were just talking to each other. They never asked how can we help you or do you need anything. We sat there a good 15 minutes before we left never once being acknowledged.

When they can’t justify the way a transaction was handled , they talk over you and try to make you feel stupid.  Sadly, after 12 years with them, I’ve had enough.

"AMAZING" customer service, always answer the phone or return calls. Willing to work with you on loans and very friendly.
