Stopped by to finish opening an account, and was given prompt and friendly service. Loved that this location is bilingual, although not needed for me personally, it was good to know.

Pretty good speed of service. However, speaking to someone about credit cards or a home loan, it felt more like she was in a hurry to use the bathroom or play solitaire than she wanted to help us with our credit.

Also told I had to go to the gas station across the street to use the bathroom. I've been with Chase for a total of 6 years, and this was a disgrace.
