Horrible experience!! The bankers could not get me the information I needed. Made getting my tax refund 10 times harder. They were not friendly they basically told me they could not help me with my situation that they messed up on. Would not recommend this branch to anyone.

They charged me $3 to cash a check from their own bank. Matthew, the teller, said it was "just a fee" when I asked him about it. 

Hopefully, it will be $8 next time I am there. Bankers aren't the child molesters or date rapists that the fake media said they were; they aren't the ruthless scum sucking fuccbois I heard about. I didn't feel like I was mugged, or robbed, or taken advantage of when I left(they have free coffee.) Dealing with Capital One left me feeling like Elizabeth Smart, I have learned to grow from the experience and I am privileged to have had the opportunity to deal with them. Five stars, please open another bank on another corner.

The only major bank in the world who still has 9 to 5 hours. This is extremely difficult for us who have to be to work at 9. And charged 7 dollars for a check drown on their bank. Wow!
