Using Sovereign Moving was the best decision I ever made! They were on time, friendly, and fast. The whole staff made sure I was well taken care of until delivery. They asked if I needed help packing the rest of my apartment, they offered an extra month of storage, and a discount off the entire move. I was so happy. I was having hard time getting everything packed because of being in a wheelchair, and I lived alone. It was such a relief to see that I had help! They were very professional, clean, and careful throughout the entire move. Sovereign Moving took good care of me and my belongings. I wouldn't do another move with any other company.

The worst experience of my life - Never trust this company

I don't know how to begin, since this company is a mess. They gave me a quote on the phone, which was very reasonable price and then when they picked up my stuff, they doubled the quote and their reason was that my stuff get more space in the truck. I asked them that my quote was based on the number of items, not the truck space and nobody responded to me. They disassembled my sofa into 5 pieces, and counted my sofa as 5 separate items, did the same for desk (3 pieces), the bed (4 pieces), etc.. and counted all as 100 pieces and then got back to me and said your items are way more than what you quoted for. When I disagreed, then the driver said somebody will contact you from the company next day. Nobody contacted me and when I called them, they were putting me on hold for a long time and just screwed me over. They were lying that managers are on vacation and they can not talk to you. When you call the customer service, the automated voice gives you some options, and when you select different options, only one person gets the call. I don't know who runs this business. Never trust these people, they are just bunch of liars. 

When they delivered my stuff in NY, they made my wife to go to Walmart to bring them money order for $2000 on Sunday, because the drivers did not accept check. However, when they quoted me the first time, I specifically asked that if I can pay with check both on delivery and pick up, they responded that there is no problem. They promise something and act different. After you sign the contract with this company, they all disappear and you can't find anybody from this company, but some random drivers that they hardly speak english and you don't know how to communicate with them. 

I am going to file a claim against this company and hopefully, my review will help other people to stop signing contract with this company. It was a terrible experience that changed my opinion about hiring movers for the rest of my life.

Packing up and moving from the northeast to midwest was as easy as it could have possibly been with Sovereign Moving. I simply opened the door for the movers, pointed, and they did all the heavy lifting. Literally. I’ve never had a move go so smoothly in the past.

I can say I had a great moving experience thanks to Sovereign Moving. I got a Great Deal! The rep explained all of the company policies and made it clear what I was signing. They were on time and ready to work. I had five rooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms, and a garage full of tools. The movers packed the whole house. They wrapped my mirrors and TV's with blankets. Then used pads to help prevent damage to the TV's. The movers took apart the beds and made sure our mattresses were wrapped. I wasn't sure how they were going to pack the tools. They just wrapped the tool boxes and boxed up any loose ones.

On delivery the movers put everything back together and quickly realized a couple of screws from my kids beds were missing. One of the movers left and came back with a home depot bag that had the right screws for my kids' bed. I was so happy! It was a long trip and I was extremely tired. The rep followed up with me the following day. I explained everything as I was telling her what happened she asked if I could hold for a couple of minutes. I said ok. When she came back to the phone and offered me a little discount for the issue. It wasn't that big of a deal but it was still nice! I will always use Sovereign Moving for all my moves!
