If I could give them zero stars, I would. Had a reservation for a specific type of vehicle, made several weeks in advance. Even called about a week before to make sure the dimensions of the vehicle would work for me. When I arrived to pick it up I was told, with a straight face, that it had been rented out that morning, a couple hours before my scheduled reservation, and there weren’t any more cargo vans available. So you only had one of these in stock, knew I had reserved it for that morning and STILL rented it out from underneath me?! Do you not understand what a RESERVATION is?! Seriously felt like I was in a Seinfeld episode. Completely unacceptable. Had to drive 10 miles in another direction to a UHaul place that had one readily available.

I drive in with the rental unit and before I get off this guy walk to me and say are you dropping off What happen to greeting the customer What happen to how can I help you with a smile All I sensed from him is rudeness So he tell to go into the office to sign in and before done doing so this lady comes to me with same rudeness like the guy and said what do you want Am being treated not nicely because am wearing dirty work attire That's Penske staff Congratulations what a customer service

Worse then Zero. Worst service ever. Truck goes for service, no inspection is given. You will only get the sticker on the door. DOT requires actual document. Try asking... BS. Overcharging. They replaced windshield, they charged $450. You call for any service around Chicago, you will be charged $200-$250. You will not see new tires on trucks, and recaps will blow up, you get charged for it. Looking for any excuse just to rip you off. Replacement truck was billed as additional rental because that was "outside job." I wonder what it means??? Try to get a refund for anything. It is a joke. I think those people who give them high rates are paid by PENSKE... from our money. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY
