This moving experience was the worst move I have had in my 15 years of military service. They lost boxes, damaged furniture and their overall lack of respect for other peoples property is evident. They damaged my Harley and continue to try and not pay for the damages to have it fixed. The movers put a hole in the wall of one of my rooms and did not let me know before they left. They marked that there were damages to furniture that were not there to try and get out of paying for damages once delivered. They are very sneaky, make them show you all damages and explain all of the codes they write down. I had brand new furniture and they put down there were gouges in the wood because they know they are going to damages your stuff during shipment. If you have a choice use another company to ship your items.

STAY AWAY. If you have a choice PLEASE choose a different company, at first they were nice when the movers come to collect my HHG. What the driver didn't do was explain all the codes on the inventory nor did he add my TV to the inventory. When my TV was broken they claim there was no external damage and it wasn't inventory so they were not going to refund it. The shady repair guy that was sent to fix my stuff did a terrible job. The whole experience was the worst. Please do watch them as they pack your stuff and have the driver explain what he is annotating on the sheet. These people care about getting paid and that's it. NEVER AGAIN!
