Rick, I am replying to your response from 7 months ago. In your 1st paragraph you stated "This would be fixed". Seven months have gone and still no repairs, fixes or even a response. Seven months ago would be in May 2017 by the date posted in the first review. After many failed attempts, my concerns have fallen on deaf ears. I am now going back to public reviews in hopes of a satisfactory response or at least to warn the potential new customer. This is a follow-up. In June, Saturday June 24th 2017 to be exact. I sent a text to bobby on his cell phone because I had no response from the calls I made to the store. The text included video of one of the topside panels malfunctioning and characters that read " This is Janet in Yucca Valley. I want my pool fixed now. I have given you ten months. I have nothing fixed no manual and the covers you still have not replaced. I have had at least a dozen phone calls to you and made several times that a tech has came out but they have never fixed anything." To date, November 28 2017 the only response is one phone call months ago from your company saying my cover had came in and they will have a tech call to make an appt. to bring out my new cover. No one has done THIS or anything else to resolve the items listed below: 1. No owners manual that you (Rick) stated in your response, that a new hard copy would be mailed to me. 1a. No copy to date has been received. 2. No one has called to give me a date to deliver my pool cover. 2a. Still waiting 3.Topside panels have never been fixed 3a. I believe they are defective and the tech that came out months ago was not schooled in these panels and he had no instruction on how they should have worked correctly. Maybe another reason why they can't seem to get a manual to me ??? 4. The Ozone component of the spa that broke within the first several months and they replaced is broke again. 4a. They have never bothered to bring another ozone out and replace the 2nd bad one I took photos of... 5. As of today, the Jacuzzi still randomly kicks off the breaker. To the point that I have had my Ca State Licensed electrician replace 3 times as to make certain that there is no fault on my side. 5a. At this point I am loosing $$$ in my bed and breakfast without having a Jacuzzi that is in correct working order. Not to mention other issues. In conclusion, your promise to follow up with Bobby to insure this happens ??? also to gain my trust... Short and sweet. Nothing has happened. I WILL CONTINUE TO FOLLOW THIS AND POST CONTINUOUSLY TILL THE ISSUE's ARE RESOLVED Janet

Bought a brand new Cal Spa 2 yrs ago this November. Buying it Brand New believing that I would have warranty on the darn thing thru CalSpa. The spa now has a leak on one of the fittings and talk to Cal Spa directly. What Spa Max aka Ricks Spa lied about the Spa is a "AS IS " by Cal Spa. So not even 2 years into and a broken Spa. Don't trust these guys Update 9/15. After this review the company contacted me. The Cal Spa I bought does have a 3 year warranty thru Spa Max. Bobby called me and corrected my account and apologized for any confusion. Spa Max sent out one of their repair men to fix the leak. The company also waived the service charge that is required for the visit for the error in the warranty situation. I had originally given this place "ONE STAR" for the above comments. Spa Max did a great job of correcting this problem with the warrant and the leak. Only reason I am giving them 4 instead of 5 stars is because I'm still disappointed in the fact that the Spa did not have the warrant by Cal Spa's and I didn't find that out until I called Cal Spa's with this issse. All in all thru out this entire event not once was anyone unprofessional. If you're looking for a Spa give these guys a look. And to Rick the owner thank you for care in customer service.
