The atmosphere is amazing here and we actually experienced great service with the front desk. I want to give five stars, but unfortunately have been twice and both times, something was wrong. The first time, my friend and I requested to get services together at the same time and did not. The second, we requested deep tissue massages and were given relaxation massages. However, when we spoke to the desk, they credited us each with agree manicure. Overall, impressed

It was one of thee best events I've been to thus far this Holiday Season. Their event was such a very classy one...like I truly expected it to be. The ambiance was just simply fabulous. Great Folks, Food, Fun & the decor was breathtaking! Way to go Spa West!

Don’t buy gift cards!! Mine did not specify any expiration but when I called to verify my balance, was told it “wasn’t coming up in their system” and they expire after two years. DECEPTIVE PRACTICES!!  So now I’m out $80 that was left on the card. The manager never even bothered to respond to my email and when I emailed again, some other person responded with the same BS - sorry out of luck. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Beautiful architecture and professional staff make this Cleveland's #1 spa! You won't find a better place to relax and pamper yourself.

SCAM ARTISTS. My wife made an appointment here for a partial highlight. She said PARTIAL several times while making the appointment over the phone. Her stylist ended up doing a full highlight (after she asked him for a "touch up") as well as a "glaze" while never once mentioning this to her and never once mentioned the cost of this service. What she thought would be an $80 appointment ended up being double. Spoke to the manager who was completely unhelpful and offered us a whopping $15 salon credit. Completely unprofessional and wrong- never going back. They lost my business!
