I had one lesser experience of a nail job done at one location and communicated my experience without offending the student who is actively learning, and they quickly remedied the situation and invited me back to have my nails fixed. I would give them 5/5 stars for customer service. 

As for the services themselves, you get what you pay for which is affordable student services. You may get the top-of-the class student or someone at the beginning of their training. Just be thankful you are getting a steal!

Seriously the worst experience! Waited 20 minutes to be brought back, while waiting I  watched all of the students pass me while on their phones with no one acknowledging that I was waiting. When I was finally brought back to a station the girl (who had black hair and blue eyebrows, She never introduced herself so I do not know her name) took another 20 minutes to get the supplies she needed. Then dropped the clippers and took another 10 minutes to get another set of clippers. She cut my hair then took me to wash it. While washing it the water was scalding hot and she ran water down my neck, ears, chest, and face. When she was done she threw a towel on my face and told me to dry my face off.  While she was finishing my hair cut her phone went off. So she put all of her supplies down and stopped everything to respond to her text message which took another 5 minutes. When I was done she said have a nice day (in not the greatest of attitudes) and set me on my way. The entire time I was there I did not see a single instructor. I will never be back and will recommend no one come here. I will take my business to Aveda!
