I started with this dentist in 2015. It started off fine however as time progressed. The service started to degrade while try to encourage me strongly to buy veneers at the cost of 10 thousand dollars her assistant attempted to manipulate me into signing a financial agreement stating it was necessary for services. Additionally i grew concerned about the excessive teeth cleanings after i talked to my insurance provider i found out that teeth are cleaned in quadrants she was charging and the cleanings were pricey and more than 2 per year was excessive. To make matters worse I recently noticed on my credit report a claim for over one thousand dollars.
That really concerns me because i had insurance and I NEVER received any "balance due" bills after service. I am so disappointed in her behavior.
I do plan to talk to the Dental Association and anyone else who can help me resolve this matter.

I had major anxiety issues about seeing the dentist. With great customer service Dr. Dillon made me feel at ease and now I'm toothache free!!! Thank GOD!!.... This was not posted by me I work in the dental field and have never had anxiety going to the dentist. All my dental work was completed by Dr. Baine. I temped here and my email was hacked to leave this message would never in a million years let this dentist touch my teeth much less work for her. Sorry I don't like liers. Google another office and for the love of God find somewhere else to go

Dr. Dillon displayed a great wealth of knowledge in her field. Because of her knowledge it really made me feel at ease plus the fact the office is super clean.

Do not go here. .. The young lady at the front desk is so rude and very loud. When I ask her to give me my break down of how much is owed . She start talking very loud . When I ask her do I have to pay this up front. She said well if you go to Walmart and grab a shirt and put it on you have to pay for it. . When I ask can I have a little time to think about this she said ya let me get your numbers together as I was waiting she start talking to someone else on the phone. I ask was she finish with me.  Who ever she was on the phone she told them to hold on. The worst service ever. She call my insurance company as I was setting in the lobby.  She was so rude to my insurance company.  This was they worst experience ever. I really did not won't to give it any stars
