"I recently retired and was able to enjoy two weeks in Cocoa Beach at the clean, comfortable, and wonderfully located Spanish Main condo. This two bedroom, two bath was up to date, clean, and had all the amenities of home, but with that vacation/hotel feel. It was genuine to the listing description, yet provided so much more. 

It was easy access to the airport, restaurants, Kennedy Space Center and the pier. The notebook of information and listings helped us to make some informed decisions.  The beach was clean and we could see it from our back condo porch while drinking our morning coffee. The heated pool provided an enjoyable reprieve on windy beach days, allowing us to still enjoy the sun. This condo provided easy access to the condo and parking. I would highly recommend this location and specifically this condo. 

The owner was easy to work with and answered all my questions. I plan to return with my friends next year and have already recommended it to family and friends!"
