If I could give zero starts, I would. The first day I moved in, they gave me the wrong keys to my apartment. Luckily, there wad the "cleaning lady" in my apartment, who gave me her key. I say "cleaning lady" because she used a dirty mop and I STILL had to clean my entire apartment when I moved in. There were blinds missing from day one, my closet doors wouldn't stay on track, my water was NEVER hot. I think they regulate the water temp there because water is included. More than half of the washers and dryers didn't work. Finally, they cut the boxes off the laundry and let us do it for free because of the inconvenience, only to put locks back on them (without replacing or fixing the broken ones) without ANY warning. The first property manager spoke English and generally took care of any concerns, but shortly after, she was replaced by Judith, who lacked big time in her management skills. They would send monthly emails out regarding pest control that RARELY came, but not because Massey isn't good, but because Judith wouldn't set up the date and time before telling everyone they were coming, which made it extremely difficult for pet owners, as they made it VERY clear they would not enter your home if your pet was there. They charged me a $50 late fee for a rent check I sent out on time, but was returned dot unknown reasons, and even though I had the envelope with the date on it from the post office, they STILL charged me a late fee and threatened to charge a late fee for every month following should I not pay it. I moved out within 6 months, but still obtained the apartment and paid every month. When I moved out this June, I made a VERY SPECIFIC request to have a walk through with the manager, Dawn, yes another new one (the fourth in one year). Conveniently, no one was available to do the walk through with me, and now, one month later, they sent me a check with $20 taken out for new burner pans, that one could purchase for about $5 at the dollar store. The also charged me $70 for cleaning. I have time stamped and dated pictures of my cleaning, but after MULTIPLE attempts to call and email them, I've gotten ZERO response. They should be reported to the BBC of at all possible because they are NOT providing their tenants with the services they claim they are and are charging for things they can't even prove were necessary when asked for proof. If they think I'm done, I'm not.

I was a property manager for ten years. I lived in an ESO managed property. I do not recommend you use this company. Your tenants will not be happy.
