Called in on Thursday at 3:33 pm to make an appointment for Saturday at 1. After being placed on hold for an excessive amount of time I was finally able to make my appointment. My mother drove my daughter to her appointment and was told that she didn't have an appointment. I called from work to address the issue, spoke with the manager who stated she would call me back. I told her I was at work. I missed the call when the manager called me back. When I called back the manager had left and the stylist were giving me attitude. When I arrived at the reschedule appointment the I was greeted with more attitude. The stylist then refused to due my daughters hair, I made several request for them to contact their manager, the refused.  Don't come here, save your time and money.

Jasmine did an amazing job on my daughters hair... hope it was not just a one time thing for being a new client cuz we will definitely come back to her when I have no time to do it myself. May even let her do my baby girls hair too...

The appointment to get my daughter's hair braided was at 2:00 with Loraine. We got there at 1:45 and she was still working on her client before us(not even close to being finished). Luckily, one of the stylist came in on her off day I guess to pick something up and she took my daughter so we didn't have to wait. When I booked the appointment I was told it would be at least $55 dollars. Maybe more depending on my daughter's hair. I showed Loraine the picture and she said $65, but the other stylist might charge different. The new stylist said she had to ask the manager what to charge. She did so while I took my daughter to the bathroom. I come out and was told I would have to pay $95. That was too much of a difference so I told them never mind, I was just going to leave. But she said since Loraine told me $65 she would do it for that price. So she saw the picture of the style and got to work. As she was working on my daughter's hair I noticed that she wasn't doing it in the same style as the picture. When I showed her the picture she said she just looked at it from one side??
I asked her if it was too late to fix it and she says "kinda sorta if you don't like it"...what does that even mean?? If I don't like it then what? 

So I asked her how much she'd charge if we just left with the style unfinished and she said the same price because she was pretty much done. Well she wasn't even half way done so she redid the part that she messed up. On top of that she and the stank receptionist descided that they would gossip about me. In front of my daughter. This place is so unprofessional and I will never give them my money again.

Priscilla is the stylist that does my daughter's hair and she does an excellent job.  The styles always lasts for many weeks until her next hair appointment and I really appreciate that. The staff is very friendly and I can tell they put the children first.
