I used a voucher for a free car wash that I had received from Toyota after having my vehicle serviced there. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of the process and the cleanliness of my vehicle after the wash. It was also very easy to vacuum my vehicle on my own. Roger, the manager, was helpful and very friendly. I will be a returning paying customer.

My car had been egged and Roger the general manager thoroughly to cleaned it from my car for me by hand, since the automatic was would not have been able to do so. The other staff members I encountered were equally as professional and helpful. I will always come back to this business.

I have came to this establishment more than once when it first opened my car was still dirty. free washes it was fine i just went again for my car to get washed. last time i had spent (15.00)I had to call and ask if there was anything that could be done. one of the employees said it was fine super nice man and gave me a free car wash for next time. as for this time the hood of my car was so dirty and the bristle marks are VERY noticeable. as for this time i spoke with a young guy who couldn't help just be sassy, as for i drove back to speak to someone that is a "manager". worst customer service EVER this man was a "assistant manager"! all i could get from this "asst. Manager" was quote"you basically get what you pay for" as i tell this man i don't want to argue id rather speak to someone higher gets his manager's card as i drive away he goes inside talking more smack!! talk about worst employer to represent this carwash!!!all i know is last time to spend any money here ever again! totally up to you if you'd like horrible customer service and try to call to complain of the crappy wash you got....

Don't fall for 5 star reviews. Do you think scratching your car all over is ok for just a one day good look? Then go here. Management won't take any responsibility for scratches and they just say that their rollers won't move in that direction. You cannot really go and ask them to show which way they are moving, right? My 2 month old car got scratched all over at back and the manager said he will be looking into cameras and found nothing against my complaint and he said he will talk to his owner and help me with those scratches in 2 days, after 2 weeks of my repititive follow up, he said that, it's not necessary that a new car doesn't have any scratches. Really? And he says that they might be existing from before this car wash. Funny, isnt it? Who makes a circular scratches, on their new cars, by the way that's the first time I ever took my car for a car wash. Go to this facility if you want to take risk. The manager finally came up with a solution that he will talk to a person who buffs cars and we both pay half of the amount. I even didn't bother calling him as I don't even need this great car wash to pay me half of the amount. I just want to mention how they treat your cars and how they treat the customers. None of my family or friends going here.
