Took 3 months to get an appointment. When appointment finally arrived, Dr. Spees was 45 minutes late, looked at our child for 10 minutes, then left without any sort of verdict. My husband decided to schedule a follow-up appointment with just us to discuss how to proceed. At that appointment (also 30+ minutes late) we started asking questions about possible conditions and she let us know that she had already diagnosed our child and that it wasn't really any question--which was definitely news to us! So then we asked her for it in writing so we could proceed with some different treatments. She was like "yeah sure." We asked about different therapies and if we should start them and she said "if it were my kid that is what I would do..." Then we asked about different diets, etc. and again she said "if it were my kid, that is what I would do..." Basically, she suggested nothing to help and was totally vague. In addition, we asked about some biomedical testing and she agreed to order an EEG for our child--thank God we filled out a release at the EEG place to obtain the results, because Dr. Spees never called us with the results (this was a $1300+ test out of pocket!). The staff was nice enough and Dr. Spees was not rude or anything, but I was very disappointed at the lack of helpfulness--our normal pediatrician knew a lot more resources, treatments, etc. If you want your child to actually get better, I would not recommend this office.

I question her abilities as a physician. We took 2 of our children to her for an evaluation. She did not read the book of paperwok prior to seeing our kids. They really do stress the importance to returning it before the appointment. She was over an hour late for the appointment. The eval itself was laughable. She looked at my son's hands and promptly declared his hands did not look like that of an autistic person. Her reasoning for my son's sleep walking was my son was trying to tell us something. She told us my daughter had no sort of diagnosis because she looked at her one time during the so called evaluation. She did no formal testing. We went back the following week and she acted as if she had no idea who my children where. It was the biggest joke. A week later we had a more thorough eval done elsewhere and my kids received the diagnosis and proper therapy referral they needed. Run fast and do not waste your time.

I love the staff here. They will do all they can to help. I always feel like they care and will go the extra mile. The entire staff is confident. The clinicians are kind and happy. Both nurse practitioners have been sure to keep me healthy with many options. All I can say is thank you!

I don't even know what an appropriate "star raiting" would be for this office. I feel it's unfair to the Doctors, and generous for the front office staff. Dr. Annalise Spees has been great with my child. She interacts and communicates with him, more than me! She is thoughtful and conservative with her approach to treatment of behavioral concerns. However, the line must be drawn somewhere with the front office staff. Charlene (front office) is very kind and endearing, though I have experienced on (at least) three occasions within the last 6 months, where I felt she was complacent, confused and incompetent? This is mainly due to scheduling "mishaps." What is worse than checking out of an appointment and reconfirming (from the patient side) for the next appointment, only to get a deer in headlights look and a frantic search on the computer, only to come up with an, "I don't have an appointment scheduled for you that day, I don't even see you in our schedule at all!" OKAY...? This has happened too many times and I'm trusting this person to correctly bill my insurance? Collect money from me? After speaking to the office manager, it was extraordinarily clear to me that my frustrations were more or less, not too much of a serious concern. Apologies and an offer to reschedule were the only solution. My only logical reply, "do the Doctors who run this practice know they are losing patients, due to front office incompetency?"

Have been trying to get my son seen by Dr. Spees for almost a year!!!! This will be the 4th reschedule!! Terrible!!!! And apparently I'm not the only one having the same issue.
