I don't normally leave reviews of places but after last night I really had to. I went to Spence looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend and was immediately greeted by Tai.  She helped me out through the entire process of picking my ring, showed me this box of diamond cuts so I knew what kind I wanted, and took me through the ins and outs of diamonds. We looked at a bunch of loose diamonds and she answered all of my questions to help me get a ring that fit my budget and my girlfriend's taste (which wasn't easy!) She was super patient, and genuinely excited when we found exactly what I wanted. Overall it was great and not as bad as I thought it would be. Tai, thank you for all your help your awesome. 

Guys if you are looking for a ring for your girl, go here and talk to her. You won't regret it.

Great place! Amazing staff! I went in terrified and knowing nothing. Teresa made it fun and she taught me all about diamonds. I will recommend  Spence AND Teresa to everyone.

What an amazing experience! My now fiance and I were just browsing. I made my selections but then Miranda blew my mind. She helped me find exactly what i had invisioned. She was so professional and attentive. She paid attention to every detail and every request. I now have the ring and the fiance of my dreams. Thank you to spence and Miranda especially for making this experience so special and memorable.

Very lovely place, Miranda was so much help and was nothing but patient and helpful with a first time shopper. I highly recommend to anyone looking for that special something to go check out this location. You wont be disappointed with your decision.

You may be buying diamonds at Spence, but not the customer service – none at all, so be ready for a painful process. My fiancé did such a great job proposing to me in the most romantic way and presenting a wonderful ring with a very nice rock, but the nightmare started when we brought the ring back to Spence in Vaughan for resizing. When we came in to pick the ring up, I was told to put it on my finger and asked if it fitted okay. For anybody who has any logic, the question makes no sense - how can I feel if it fits okay wearing it less than 1 minute? No one offered to actually check the ring size using a chart or anything more or less professional. 
The follow up to this story is that they referred us to the Spence at Square One for resizing, and the experience there was very different. We've got professional attention and were able to figure out the correct ring size in the end, while getting good customer service. Very different from Vaughan.
