HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I honestly dont know how this location is still in business with a manager like the one who runs it. She was more worried about my son having anpair of socks in his hand than what my wife had questions about. Total scum.

I’d give zero stars if I could. I went into the store today, I was very excited to look for duck boots ones with comfort. Two years ago I went in and had top notch service. 
  The manager of the entire store was working today she was very short direct not hospitible  in any way.  The moment I walked in and she found out I had a wide foot and they now don’t carry wide in the stores (they did 2 years ago) she seemed to be rushing me out of the store.  She was very curt and abrasive not someone who should work with customers.
I had my 1 year old son with me on his best behavior he spent most the time in the stroller, only 3 minutes out of it and in which time he gently played with the metal foot measures. She seemed irritated by our every move.  I wanted to try on more styles of duck boots but decided to get out of there.  If I go back I’ll make sure she isn’t there and I will purposely buy from the internet and not from her store.

Worst customer service experience. We were standing in the store being ignored by all of the employees while they continued to help other customers as they came in. We were looking to exchange a pair of rain boots for a different size but decided to go to Nordstrom where they have better customer service and purchase Hunter boots instead.
