I went through the automatic wash, and the washer damaged my vehicle over memorial day weekend. I called the owner to attempt to resolve the situation and he was extremely rude from the get-go and hung up on me twice. This place has ZERO professionalism and no want to maintain a customer base. 
I ended up filing an insurance claim to let them try to talk to him since he was so rude and unprofessional. The damages are more then my $500 deductible, luckily that's all I have to pay for from my $12.00 car wash. 
I want to get the word out that the owner of Splash car wash scams customers and in the end the customer gets the bill and the damage, and he gets to keep his business and make money off the unsuspecting. 
If the owner had been professional and had agreed to re-calibrate the machine I would have fixed this on my own, since he was so horrible to deal with I will spread the word. I think this has happened a lot since the owner of Splash car wash said that many people try to scam him and he wont have it because its physically impossible for his machine to touch a vehicle in the wash, however machines do break, do get old, do require maintenance and do require cleaning... which he made it very clear is also a scam.

Car wash does a good job getting the vehicles clean, however, if you have a car with even remotely wide wheels, you may have problems. My wrx has a factory wheel size of 18x8.5 and it was a tight fit. Even chipped one of my wheels, not happy

This is a decent clean Quick Car Wash that is kept up pretty well. I have no complaints.

Probably the best self wash in the springs and their drive through is pretty decent, including bug removal. The Wands are hot, the bays are clean, the soap doesn't leave nasty scum.
