First time there and the front lady was nice and told me where to put my car in order to get the right service I wanted.  I asked for the Diamond service which includes a wash and vac and all the bells and whistles inside and out.  The wait time was appropriate for what I wanted and upon inspection the outside looked real good.  Inside was adequate but there were a few vacuum places they missed and didnt wipe the inside in a few places as well.  I would go here again for a wash but not for the inside.  Perhaps i am picky but I want the interior done better.

Courteous, thorough and fast. They do as good a wash.as I used to do but can not do any longer. As a senior citizen the price is reasonable.

Three strikes and YOU'RE OUT Hub Carwash!  I won't be back!  Three times I have been there and asked for a basic exterior wash and vacuum and three times they have tried to tell me my car is an SUV and they want to charge me extra.  First of all my car is a Subaru impreza - the smallest Subaru they make and just because it has a hatch back does NOT make it an SUV!  I even called the Subaru dealer to check on it...  All three times I have told them there was no need to vacuum the back because that's where I put all my stuff any way - and they did not vacuum the back - IN FACT they did a lousy job vacuuming the rest of the car.  Where I come from full service means fun service - this is NOT a full service car wash and they don't care about their customers.  They rush through, argue with customers and do a lousy job.  While I was there I heard other customers also feeling like they had been over charged.  It's not worth the hassle there's too many other car washes in this town that value my business - I will take it to them!

Very different but worth the wait she auto is getting clean. Checkout you will see and might be the only ace you will want to use
