Never had any problems here. Buy they keep jacking up their prices. It was $3 when they opened a few years back but now it's $5. They want to get you to buy their unlimited wash club option which is a decent deal at $9/month. But if you ever go on a nice weekend day the line is out to the road and you'll be waiting for 15-20 minutes.

I went through the wash over 2 weeks ago, and the mop wrapped around my driver side mirror and ripped it off my car. I went in to inform the manager and one of the employees asked me to fill out a claim form. Once I did, he kindly duct taped my mirror and told me that the manager, Rachel, would call me within 1-2 days. I never heard from her, so I called multiple times without any response. I left two messages asking for Rachel to call me, and she did not. After calling many more times, I was finally able to speak to Rachel who assured me that she would review the video and my claim, and call me back. I still have had no response from her. I went in last week to speak to her in person, and she was not there, so I had an employee write her a note asking her to call me. I still have not heard back, and call multiple times a day. While I never expected this car wash to damage my vehicle, I believed this company would make it right and fix the damage. Their lack of customer service or care shows me that this company does not have the integrity I thought it did.

LOVE the monthly, unlimited washes club!  There is a spot on the back of our 2010 Lincoln MKT that never gets clean, though.  Due to its design, I suppose.

Very quick car wash. However, it is a little too quick. I left with suds on both sides of my Kia Sorento. 
Also, be ready to leave to wash in a hurry or you'll risk getting run into by the car staged 5 feet behind you. 
The clear coat worked nicely on my car. So, not all was bad.

Great place
There's sometimes a line. But it's a great 1 stop shop. I even get my windshield repaired here.
