Splash is so convenient and the service is awesome!  I get my car cleaned there and recently got an oil change and is was just as seamless and easy.   The popcorn is delicious too :) Highly recommend!!!

Initial experience was good greeted with warm and friendly greeting. However the bad happened when I recieved my invoice for over 120 dollars for a oil change and wash. I do use full synthetic so I understand the cost of my oil change was 70.00 dollars. However the gentleman that helped me originally said it was only going to be an additional 18 to do the interior of the car. Which I was ok with, but when I recieved my invoice I was charged for an oil filter which should be included I guess I needed a "special filter" that's 3 dollars. Then they charged me 28 for the wash. Which when I asked about it they amended down to the 18 dollars I was promised which leads me to believe they just charge whatever they want whenever they want. I also was charged 9 for an additional quart of oil my car takes 6 quarts yet only 5 is included in your oil change. Nothing in there best pricing model denotes if you have a car that takes more than five quarts there will be an extra charge for the best option. Nor was the amount they were gonna add to the invoice even discussed with me. Bottom line I could of gotten honest and better service literally anywhere else that would have been cheaper as well. I should also say I'm still waiting on the wash part and am sitting in the lobby....... it's going on an hour now...... :/

Customer service is horrible. Paid for a 18 dollar car wash and my wheels still were covered in break dust. Hints the reason I went to get my truck washed in the first place. I mentioned it to the guy and he told me it was 10 extra dollars to get my wheels cleaned.  If they know the car wash isn't going to get the break dust off why not try and up sell it to people that have break dust. I would of spent the extra money to get a good wash.  The owner is really loosing money because of it.

Splash on JFK does a fantastic job!  They have a hard working, service-oriented staff.  They consistently provide a great car wash and they pay attention to all the details.  Definitely take your vehicle here!

Worst place in town slowest service you will ever recive. Purchased a $75 monthly package
To keep car clean for a month. Every time I went in my car would sit in the sun for ten minutes 
then someone would wipe at it and leave water in the mirrors so when I left the place water run all down the side of my car. This Friday I went in at 9 am they only had three people working out front on two cars and the guy at the checkin says in will be 30-35 minutes on my car and then sits back down on his lazy duff. Then Garrett Hartman operations manager comes out and says to the other 8 people lined up behind me ohh it will be 40 minutes in your cars.  He has to be the WORST manager in the state. 

Sorry but I'm taking my car some where else that appreciates loyal customers. I will also be telling everyone NOT to use this car wash. Including all of my  2000 employees and friends.
