Great place to detail

On 4/10 I took my brand new Nissan 370Z to this location after finishing some business at UALR.  I washed my car and went home to dry off the water spots.  At this time I had had my vehicle 5 days.  I noticed scratches all in the hood and roof line, including the same style of scratches in the glass.  I contacted the gentlemen (Latin American) who told me to come back down.  He then said "YOU GOT GOT" (to reference someone intentionally damaging my vehicle).  This is not possible.  I then spoke with John, the "Manager" who would not admit fault but requested I come back at 11AM today (4/11) to get it looked at further and possibily buffed.  The paint is scratched beyond buffing, but I was going to humor him.

I arrive at 11AM and no one is there to help me.  The Mexican gentlemen became very aggressive, showing me several hundred dollars in cash in his wallet that he supposedly made "legally".  I then went to leave my phone number in the office and Michael, the African American gentlemen grabbed my arm and shoved me out the door.

I called the police and a report was made.  I then went to my insurance agency who was able to reach John who was rude with my State Farm agent and hung up on us both.

This is a terrible company and I will stop at nothing to inform the public of their under handed (and hand grabbing) business practices.
