I've been bringing my dogs here for a couple of years and I think it's the best thing ever! I get to use their shampoo, towels, clippers and scissors for only $15?! Score! When I have my dog professionally groomed, it costs over $70. This is such a bargain and I enjoy bathing my dog and knowing what's happening to him. At the groomer, you have no idea what they do! I read other reviews that said this place is dirty, and there's water on the floor. Well, it's a dog grooming place so what can you expect? Even with the apron that's provided, I get soaked when my dog shakes. They can't possibly keep everything dry, especially when they're busy. The owner is so friendly and helpful and Joanna yesterday went above and beyond in helping me trim my dog's hair. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!!!

Convenient location and easy to find parking on a Saturday evening. Melissa, the employee at the time, was very friendly and took the time to demonstrate how to use the equipment. I attached my dog to their nylon LOOP collar, not a choke as someone else stated, and off we went. They offer scented shampoo, hypoallergenic and for $1 more, an oatmeal blend shampoo for more sensitive skin. I can say my dog smells great and did very well. As for other people's complaints...Yes, the floors are wet. It's a dog bathing area...where water is used and flung about when dogs shake, so wear appropriate footwear to avoid slipping. Yes the dryers are loud, so make sure your dog is trained or acclimated to that type of noise. Or simply use the towels provided. This was my first visit and won't be the last.
