I asked a couple of different employees for the location of some office supplies. One had no idea what I was talking about, and the other told me the wrong location twice. The store was messy and unorganized. Go to Staples, it's worth the little bit extra in price.

It is really hard to say the clerks are idiots, they are just not trained. The first thing the guy said after I told him what I wanted was "Those don't exist, no one makes them". This would have been cool but I am trying to replace one I have. After I told him this he actually looked it up, And said "I found it, it is $789.00". By this time I didn't have any confidence in him so I went home and looked it up myself. I picked the wrong one (my fault) it has the wrong operating system and doesn't play fair with most my stuff so I had to buy another one. I didn't even consider going back to Home Depot to buy one. By the way the cost for the new one was about $158.00.

Usually pretty slow. Nothing absolutely outstanding. There is a young lady at the shipping/copy counter that is so sweet. She is always smiling and welcoming. They will tape up boxes for you and get things done.

Really quiet and enjoyable shopping here. They've always had what I need. Make sure to read the fine print on the advertised sales. They can be tricky.
