"New client mvp" as advertised on the sports clips site wasn't provided which includes a "Precision Haircut." Additionally If I hadn't said anything to Aubrey I would have walked out with a hairline bumpier than New York St in Arlington. Secondly the other advertised "New client" MVP perks weren't provided. That means no "Legendary Hot Steamed Towel, Massaging Shampoo, and Relaxing Treatment." I should have gone to "Scissor Clips" nearby even though I've never been to "Scissor Clips" they would have surely provided a better cut than my stylist at Sports clips. Who cares about the MVP treatment, I needed a decent haircut.

Used to be my go to location cause its closer to me. Here lately its gone way down hill. Different staff everytime meaning having to explain what i like everytime , service is not as good as it used to be. Mansfield location  further of a drive for me but that one much nicer

Aubrey is the absolute BEST!! 
She has such an incredible eye for detail and man, her fades are on point!!
My husband is one happy man, and I must say she made a happy wife out of me!
Definitely sending him to Aubrey from now on🎉

This is not the typical Sports Clips I go to. My first time here went great and thats why I have given it 2 stars. The reason it isn't five stars was because of my trip today. It was the fastest haircut I have ever had and was done horribly. I was surprused when I was told she was done. Too many assumptions were made by the stylist. I asked her to clean up what I could see at the time. When I got back to my vehicle I saw patches thay were missed and a shoddy fade. After this visit I will not be back to this location again. Luckily Sherri at the Kennedale location cleaned the haircut up so I could look like a respectable member of society again.

I needed to get my hair done for a wedding and I heard that the stylist Aubrey could do up do's. Was extremely pleased. She did a great job and was very professional. I will definitely be sending my husband to her for a haircut when we are in the area.
