Today I visited this salon for the first time and I was Impressed! Beautiful women of color with professional attitudes and knowledge! The shop itself is AMAZING! Not to mention they have a SPA! Mind blown !! They literally cater to everyone! My daughter and I have EXTREMELY different hair types and we both were serviced with care , knowledge and in a timely manner. Great place in my opinion.

JANICE CLEVELAND is the BEST!! I have always been natural but I have been debating for awhile to do the BIG CHOP because I was afraid of finding someone that could style natural hair. Well Janice did a tapered cut and color on my hair and it is BEAUTIFUL! My style is the BOMB! She is very patient and listens to your concerns and she tells you how to take care of your hair and what products to buy to maintain your style. The shop is really nice and the atmosphere is great and all of the stylists are very friendly! Have gotten so many compliments on my hair!! THANK YOU JANICE!!

I love, love, love this salon. I felt at home as soon as I walked in the door and Porcelain is all that!! She works with you and appreciates your input so when you walk out that door you feel like the Queen that you are. Don't sleep on these ladies...They are tops in their field...

I enjoyed my experience my first time visiting SBS I must say I had a great experience!!! I've found me a stylist finally after being in the DFW area for 5 years. Porcelain did her thing!! She's very enthusiastic about her career as a stylist she exudes so much passion takes her time to ensure she's meeting your needs. The owner Lisa was always near by to lend a helping hand. I loved the atmosphere in this salon everyone helping each other it's a BEAUTIFUL sisterhood!!! I can't wait to see what the future holds for my hair!! Thanks PORCELAIN!!!

Strand by Strand by far has been one of the best hair salons I have been to since moving from MA. Crystal is professional and explains every step of the way regarding your hair. She has great customer services skills and knows what she is talking about when it comes to hair. Thank you for all your work and I recommend this hair salon! This salon is a professional salon!
