Roughly 30 mins to get my enhanced license. There were plenty of disgruntled people who did not bring the proper docs. The workers are curt but only because they get the same questions from impatient people day in and day out. Be nice and they are nice back.

Called to ask a very simple question, had the pleasure of talking to a lady named Karen. Her answer was its not her job, and she cant help. I understand this, but dealing with the public you should offer some kind of solution, or at least try to help. I will be filing a more formal complaint.

This is the worst place to register a vehicle! Go to Fayetteville; even with the extra driving time, it will take you just as long to complete your business. The ladies working at Springdale don’t know how to do anything. I mean they don’t know anything.. ANYTHING. And it smells like stuffy body odor in here. Seriously, go to the Fayetteville location instead.

Daughter purchased car in Texas and the dealership sent all paperwork including check for sales tax and title application to this office instead of Benton County by mistake. We had to get a fax sent to this office from the dealership authorizing them to forward paperwork to Benton County. 2 weeks later, found out that Springdale Revenue lost EVERYTHING!! Now the dealership has to resend everything. The people that work there are not only rude to deal with over the phone but are incompetent. Need some new employees in there.

The State needs to add cashiers and provide more online access and educate residents how to do more online. No helpdesk. Wait was over 2.5 hours.
