Worst when trying to cash their postal money orders. Either they don't have enough cash to cash a $100 money order or their system is down. We ran into both problems this time. They sent as to another branch and the wouldn't because the system was down. One of the main reasons we get these money orders is because they are not able to be duplicated so you shouldn't have any issues cashing one if its in your name with proper id. I won't be getting postal money orders anymore.

Never have any problems when I go to the office. They really do need a self service machine. The problem is my mail couriers-for my neighborhood are constantly putting multiple neighbor's mail in my. Mailbox and neighbors are constantly getting my mail. . Not receiving some of my mail. Lived is same neighborhood since 2011. Rarely a problem before, this past year constantly getting neighbors mail this has been going on too long and is ridiculous.

We received notification that our package for a wedding the next day was delivered, but never received the package. The next day we called as soon as possible. Mike took the call and said he would call me back within an hour. Kristine called me back as promised, within and hour and advised me there was an issue with the notifications and apologized, but did advise she spoke with my carrier (who is a great woman, I don't know her name) and stated it was on the truck and would be delivered same day! Really appreciated the promptness and empathy. Not all post offices or workers are bad, cut them some slack... they are humans too! ❤️

I called them on 7.3.17 regarding a package that had the wrong address. They answered quickly and took care of everything efficiently! Blake was the person who answered and was more than helpful and kind. I've never had a problem here and I don't understand why so many do. Maybe new staff? Anyway, I am very pleased. Thank y'all!

They had lost both of my packages and will not refund me the money. When it US SPRINGDALE POST OFFICE FAULT . They never answer there phones for nothing in the world. This company SUCKS i dont know why they are still open. Or they need new people to handle the business like it should be. You all need to do better 👎👎👎👎👎
