The place was amazing! Great guest service, gorgeous room, great pool! I only gave it 1 star because breakfast and coffee were cold! Eggs were cold and rubbery and the turkey sausage was like leather! Coffee tasted like it was brewed over night? There was also a Cintas truck below my room for 5hrs and that was all you could hear...... It was like a carpet cleaning truck sound. It showed up again this morning and started the same thing. We checked out!

Really enjoyed our 4 night stay at this hotel in early February. It’s in a great location and very close to the beach and many restaurants. Regarding our stay, the staff was great and went the extra step to meet some special requests. The room was very clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! Brand new just opened 6 months old. Suites are modern, Comes with complimentary breakfast and is situated at a prime location, over looking the docks and it is 2 mins away from the beach. Great staff, Cecil and Erica are helpful and accommodating. Cecil did a fantastic job, my buddy forget his clothes in the suite and he tracked them down! A must to stay here when you are in Clearwater beach!

This hotel is less than a year old - location is great, room layout is comfortable and if you are lucky enough to get a view overlooking the pool and marina - it is fantastic. However, during on visit on Dec 26, the hotel was poorly understaffed. The folks at the front desk did not seem very competent (I asked for extra room keys and although I saw the front desk employee run them through the scanner - they did not work), I called to request extra pillows and blanket for the sofa bed and after waiting an hour, I found the one poor night housekeeper that was trying to accommodate a full hotel and kindly asked her for extra pillows and blanket. The quality of the food for breakfast was very good, but there were just too many people in the lobby (at 8:00 am) to make breakfast very relaxing or enjoyable. Finally, this hotel allows pets and based on the size of some of the dogs that I saw at the hotel, I can't image that the rooms or furniture will last very long. With the right staffing, training and care of the property, this hotel could really be outstanding but for now it is just average at best.

We booked a king bed room with a balcony 2-3 months before our stay, but when we arrived late in the evening we were told they had overbooked and did not have a king bed room with a balcony. They offered to put us in a room without a balcony and discount the rate on the room for our stay. This was frustrating as we had booked the room mainly for the balcony and at the time of booking could have chosen a different hotel if we knew we wouldn't be able to get a balcony. The room they gave us also ended up being next to both the elevators and the ice machine. We stayed in that room the first night and talked with the front desk again the next day and explained the situation. They moved us to a double queen room that had a balcony - from that point on our stay was great. The rooms were nice, the location was great, and the staff was very friendly.
