This was hands down the best dental experience I've had.  You walk into this waiting area with this super nice couches and really relaxing atmosphere, something that you would see in a Zen Spa. The dental assistants are extremely friendly and caring, not to mention cute. 
Dr. Web was fantastic. Super knowledable and professional. She is also very very accommodating to pain or anxiety. 
Go to this dentist office. Your search for the one is over. I cannot hype it up enough.

I have been a patient of SpringsDental for over 2yrs now and am ending my relationship.
 I can no longer deal with the technicians who either aren't very good at their job or get an attitude when you question them , incorrect procedures & unprofessional office staff.
It is their job to verify and update Ins , verify Dr refferals that they are in network , bill correctly.
They are extremely lacks in administrative duties except when billing the patient!
I have voiced complaints over the past year and things continue to go down hill.
The last straw happened this past week when they could not work my husband in for an emergency extraction .
I took him to an to an Oral Surgeon i had previously used (Dr Kunkel, Pikes Peak Oral Surgery) Amazing!
and they refused to send xray stating they needed signed release even though did not need one previously on referrals THEY CHOSE! 
I spoke with office Mgr Christa about this who just kept reciting Hippa and said she didn't want to argue with me , which I was confused because I wasn't arguing but pointing out a fact that she and their office are incorrectly applying Hippa.
You don't get to pick & choose.
In addition my husband and I found out this extraction should have been referred to an oral surgeon and Springs Dental should not have attempted removal as other procedures performed in the past.
The next day Christa did call me and said she would reach out to the other dental office about reversing the charge for xrays.
As I appreciate that , when you don't go to regular appts because you dread dealing with staff,  it's time to change.

Nice Facility. Accepts Delta dental coverage.  My 7 year old has been going to them since he was about 4. He's never had issues with the cleanings. You can go in the room with your kiddos or schedule to have your cleaning at the same time. All rooms are open. Environment is very positive and relaxing and friendly. With my most recent trip yesterday, they fixed a filling I received from them a while ago that was giving me issues that I didn't have before free of change, no hassle. :)  I don't have one complaint with them.  Every time I go, it's fast and easy. Good quality work. Only thing I would recommend is to check with your insurance and make sure you know what you are covered for each year and confirm with them that the services provided for each visit with them matches your coverage. If not, a simple request to leave off services for any possible additional charges will be removed from your visit without any hassle. :)

I tremendously dislike going to the dentist.  However, for the first time in my life, I felt relaxed at Springs Dental.  Sheri, the dental hygienist, and the staff is very kind, and well trained to make you feel comfortable.  Dr. Ivy Webb went above and beyond when looking at my teeth, and keeping me in the loop.  She had me look at the X Rays, and just made me feel informed and more knowledgeable.  I appreciated that.
Kat, the office assistant was also super friendly, and has a way with people that just makes you smile..

Thank you!  I no longer dread going to the dentist.

This practice is fantastic!  I have been to a few different offices and have never felt as comfortable in the chair as I do here.  I have experienced the sedation dentistry as well and I don't ever want to go anywhere else. I have not had a bad experience here in any way. The staff is fantastic and the doctors really listen to your concerns. I recommend them to everyone.  You won't regret coming to this office!
