I see I'm not alone in having had unsatisfactory dealings with this practice.  Not sure about all these five star reviews...maybe family and friends?  I mistrust reviews when there are just highs and lows with no in-betweens.

Since this has happened to us twice in a row, I'm guessing it's SOP to quote one price then, when the work is over, charge more.  The first time, the doctor (while I was in his chair) said he could do my other crown for a certain price.  When I expected this price after scheduling, the office person insisted it could not be done and charged more.  She refused to confirm the conversation with the doctor.  I had to have it done due to pain, so did it anyway.  Not exactly scrupulous.

The second time we waited a full month to find what part our insurance would pay (this was for my husband).  After not hearing anything from them, I called and we agreed on our part and had the work done.  After, there was a new bill for over 30% of the original quote. The staff is indifferent to this and we will not be going back.

Edit:  since this practice either has 1/2 star reviews or 5 star reviews, I'm guessing the 5 star reviews are friend/family of the dentist.  There's usually at least one or two "middle of the road"

I had been going to a different dentist in the Springs until now. I am so glad I found Dr. Tuttle!! Not only is the staff friendly they don't treat you like a number. My children and I were treated like family. My fillings were placed quick and painless and he made sure they felt good before I left. He strives to give the best service to his client and it really shows. Thank you Tuttle Family Dentistry you definitely have my vote!

I love Dr Tuttle and his staff, I have never been to a dentist office that was so professional and so compassionate. My tooth fell out and had to get a flipper and deep cleaning and both services were beautifully done. I won't go anywhere else and highly recommend Dr Tuttle and his staff. I was treated and taken care of so wonderful!! Thank you Dr Tuttle and staff!!!
