Integrity, honesty, dependability, and persistence are the cornerstones on which Springwood RV Park has built its business. We will provide a clean, safe and secure park whether you are here for one night or several months. Clean bath rooms and showers are also available.

*WE ARE AN ADULTS ONLY RV PARK* CHILDREN CAN VISIT UP TO 7 DAYS WITHOUT MANAGEMENT APPROVAL.

Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm. If you need assistance outside of regular office hours, please call the office number, 864-277-9789 and leave a voicemail message.

If you will be arriving on Saturday or Sunday, we can make arrangements for easy self check-in and registration. Let us know what you need.

*Note: Rates are for 2 people. For each additional person, add $2.00

Daily - $31.50 For Good Sam Members.

Daily and Weekly rates include water, power and sewer.
Good Sam members receive a discount of 10% off daily rates.

Accommodations
65 full hookup sites, mostly 30/50 amp. Roomy, grassy or gravel sites with concrete patios. Private rest rooms with showers are available for those who need them.

My husband and I were in need of a short stay on the fly and found this place located easily off of 85. Management was helpful and accommodating to us on such short notice. The bath and shower facilities are well kept and clean which as we all know campgrounds have a tendency to get a little unsanitary especially during the busy seasons. Now they do lock the facility  doors at 9 pm and reopen at 9 however most campers including ours have a bathroom to utilize so this wasn’t any issue! This RV park has nice paved roads and seem to have some temporarily permanent residents. They offered full
Power hook ups as well which was a requirement for us. I noticed we were right at Donaldson Center and feel that people utilize this park to be cost efficient while doing contract work. There are train tracks and a train does come through  but for me it was old memories of  my granny’s on the mill hill hearing the train. It’s not like it’s heavily trafficked tracks so that wasn’t an issue. People do have their pets as this is a pet friendly park so if you don’t enjoy noise of every day living maybe this park isn’t for you. This park is not a quiet, serene retreat out in the country or mountains where come dusk and dawn you hear nothing but crickets and we knew this going in therefore we didn’t have those expectations. I would stay here again when we are passing through without hesitation! Thanks again Springwood for the last minute accommodations, clean park, and friendliness!

This is a combination mobile home park and RV park. They are in the process of converting it to all RV sites. The road in was good, the roads in the park do have a few tight turns, especially if cars are parked a little in the road. The park is mostly well kept up, with construction going on it is a little cluttered looking at the moment. The sites in the front part of the park are pretty close together. In the back of the park they are a little wider. Check in was fast and friendly. We were in Site 97, a gravel and grass back in with full hook-ups. We arrived in the middle of the cold snap that was crossing the country and the water spout was frozen. The maintenance guy came right over and started heating it up to thaw it. The site was fairly level  and long enough for our 37-foot Class A and parking the car, and plenty wide enough, we had no problem storing our tow-dolly on site. There is a train track that runs right down the middle of the park but we only heard it a couple of times a day and the latest they ran was around 9:30 at night. There are not a lot of places on site to walk the dog but large fields across the street. We stayed January 3 - 10, 2017 and paid $25.00 a night with their weekly rate.

This is a decent place. Wish they would allow a small dog pen. Bathrooms and showers are always locked. This I don't like. You can never use that shower. This is a good Sam rv park. I've never seen bathrooms locked up. We travel a lot and stay at good Sam's a lot. Never had this problem.

I enjoyed my 10 month stay. The park was well kept and very organized. Location was convenient to all parts of town and off the beaten path just enough to enjoy the RV experience. Miss Linda was always helpful with all of my questions, needs, and weather tips. Affordable rates and easy pay options were very convenient. Thanks Springwood for a very pleasant stay and look forward to the next.

had a great experience at Springwood RV Park. stacey in the office helped us tremendously in a pinch with last min. booking. will definitely be staying again when we pass back through.
