We’ve been here for two years. Owners are great to work with.  The grounds are kept as meticulously as possible (considering the terrain and all the trees) by one extremely hard working lady.  We have only good comments for the people and the park. 

This is not a destination park.  It is, however a decent spot to rest and relax on your journey; a place to stop if you wish to visit Greenville (#yeahTHATGreenville) and the surrounding area; a place to consider if you are in the area for other reasons.

There is one area for long-term folks and one for daily and weekly stays.  Plus, they have a lodge for rent and picnic shelter on the river.

Peaceful, safe and quiet.

This place is awesome.. lot was very easy to pull my 36R with Tow Dolly  and car behind..Easy hook ups.. and weekly fee included water, sewer, electric, and garbage. It is also pet friendly... wild life is all over.. It very much country.. very close to shopping and I-85.. owner and staff are awesome..

If you are looking for a quiet clean country setting, that is close to all your needs, Ivy Acres is the place you want to be at. Being a 45 and up RV park makes it very peaceful. Plenty of trails to walk around on, along a river, woods. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Ok campground.  More ling term campers then anything.  Would not recommend for more then a night or two.  Easy access off I85.  We stayed 1 night as quick stop on travels down I85.
