I don’t write many reviews but I feel compelled to, given my experience compared with some of the reviews here. Our experience with Sprinkles has been outstanding …really. We’ve used them three times during the past several years, including yesterday - they did a great job each time and for what I consider to be a very fair price. The first work a few years ago was a full re-do of the 20+ year old front landscaping: landscape design, old growth bushes removed, graded and re-sodded, new bushes etc; and sod and underground drainage pipes in the back. They worked hard, did a great job and it was pristine when they left – it looked great then and it looks great today. Last year I had them replace one of the original sprinkler valves that was leaking. Yesterday I needed them to rebuild/replace valve box and the timing/controller. In each case, they worked hard, priced fairly, and did outstanding work.

From the initial inspection through the overhaul of our sprinker system, they did an outstanding job. Saul was knowledgeable and went above and beyond the service level we expected.

It takes more to completing a job than SHOWING UP. We have used their service twice. The first time we had a sprinkler system installed. We notified sprinkles in late February or early April to come out to our property and assess/evaluate the cost to have Riversand added to our entire yard. We changed to Top Dressing Soil a few days before their arrival. An appointment was scheduled for May 31, 2017. The company showed up as promised between 0900 and 1000 am. The yard was almost completed as promised. There was a portion of the back yard that wasn’t completed. My husband, later on that evening, noticed water pooling around the sprinkle head. I notified Sprinkles at approximately 1730 on May 31, 2017, about our concerns or issues. After stating our concerns or issues about the possibly cracked sprinkle head, Latricia asked, “Are you sure it wasn’t broken?” The office was about to close. Latricia asked if we could call back tomorrow. The next morning (June 1, 2017), I received a call from Nicole concerning the check amount my husband had written for the services provided. At that time, I explained my concerns/issues to Nicole. Our driveway and road were a MESS! They did not place anything down to prevent or control the top soil dressing. I can honestly say that Nicole did apologize and made an attempt to fix the situation. I explained to Nicole what happened and Sprinkles was out there the next day to fix the Sprinkle head as promised. The other section of the yard was scheduled for a later time. On June 5, 2017, Sprinkles Irrigation & Landscape came out to our property and placed riversand instead of the top soil dressing we had ordered. I notified the company the same day, but the business had closed for the day. I left a message stating my concerns. On June 6, 2017, I called the office early that morning. I requested to speak with Nicole. Andrea came to the phone and stated she would be taking over for Nicole. Andrea was very rude and several times would speak louder when I attempted to voice our concerns. Andrea stated that they had been in business since 1984. In that case, with such a long history of being in business, respect and simply saying I’m SORRY would have been the start of the communication. Andrea stated she needed to reach out to the project manager and she will call me back. I asked her when I should be expecting a callback. Andrea called me back on June 6, 2017, at approximately 1306 about the appointment scheduled for June 7, 2017, between 0900 and 1000 am. Andrea stated that someone needs to be at home. The workers showed up at approximately 0945. No hello or greetings. I was in the garage when they arrived. I assumed they would come speak to me when the job was completed. I assumed they would have requested that I come out and assess/evaluate the area to make sure I was satisfied. NO! One of the workers stated he did not see me. Did you think to ring the doorbell? At that point, I was livid. I told them to get out of our yard now, and if you had been more respectful, you could have used the water to clean the road. I wouldn’t have minded if they used our water if they would have shown some simple RESPECT to clean up their MESS. We stayed at home twice permitting (per their request) for Sprinkles Irrigation & Landscape to complete the job that was promised. Telling your customers to be patient is the WRONG answer, especially when it took four attempts to complete all tasks. We had to miss two days of work. I would not use this company EVER again, and I really hate that. I refuse to pay for a service that doesn't VALUE and RESPECT their customers. Our neighbors voiced their concerns about Sprinkles Irrigations & Landscape (e.g., how they left our yard and the road in a MESS). It took my husband two hours minimum to clean our driveway and attempt to clean the road. Our Home Owner Association President notified Sprinkles Irrigation & Landscape expressing his concern how the workers left the job in a MESS Again, they SHOW UP, but getting the job done correctly and with respect is what’s most important.

Driver of vehicle number 25 cursed my wife out and was very rude while driving one morning. Will not recommend their services to anyone.
