I had the best experience with Sprint in Mount Vernon!! Dylan Hess helped me get a working phone after being told by other sprint offices and on the phone that I could not be helped! he was patience with explaining the process, making sure I knew the phone, talked to my 16 year old in a respectful manner. I could not have asked for a better experience. I was without a phone for ONE WEEK! ONE WEEK IS A LIFETIME IN 2017 TO BE WITHOUT A PHONE!!! He apologized for the inconvenience  of being told the wrong information but the Mount Vernon team always comes through when I am asking for help with my phone. I should know never try anywhere else! Thank you Dylan and Brandon you both are exceptional and to go above to make sure your customers are 110% taken care of, could not ask for better!!

They can't repair your phone. Nor only that but sprint does nothing but give you the runaround making you ru. From store to store

They say something and do something else . I payed my bill. And Sprint said I didn't pay it.

This is the best most helpful Sprint store Ive been to in the central Ohio area. It is the only one where the staff actually seems to know what they're talking about. They are friendly and great at figuring things out when I'm having trouble with my phone.
