Nothing in stock, have to wait for them to go to the back to get something because evening on the floor is just an empty box.  Waited 10 mins in line to find out they were out of stock.  Would price match similar item.  No wonder they made the store smaller, stick to amazon

Everyone was very helpful and very nice. All the sale items was fully stocked. Excellent experience as always.

People working didn't know how to help me send a print job online via their website or app. Once I sent it by accessing Google Drive on their computer, they wouldn't honor the online pricing without a long hassle. Worker seemed quite disgruntled. It is honestly too bad there are not more printing services in Mount Vernon!  Once finished I told them I wanted to be sure I was logged off Google on their machine. They said they signed me out. I asked for them to bring it up so I could check. They were annoyed. Once brought up, I WASN'T LOGGED OUT. They didn't apologize for their error (which I hope is true-an error and not on purpose).

"Easy Returns"? Yeah right. I made a return over a week ago and instead of entering $40, they entered $0.40. I've gone in to the store three times now and they have yet to fix this! The manager I've been speaking with is a complete jerk. Once I receive my full return, I will not be going to this Staples anymore. It is just very inconvenient that this is the only office supplies store in the Mount Vernon area.
