Bathrooms weren't clean. Two male associates were helpful and very nice. Deli people were helpful and nice. One female associate when addressed snubbed us and refused to help or even speak to us. Overall cleanliness a three.

8/26/2017 - CSM Randy (Randolph) provided exceptional over the top customer service for my son and I. My son had picked out a toy and when it was rang up it was more than what the tag said on the shelf. I told him I could've misread it or someone put it in the wrong place. As we waited patiently he went to check it out and when he came back he said no there were a lot of them in the same place and he would honor the cheaper price. While most places won't do that he showed that this Walmart cares about its customers. Thank you again Randy we appreciate you.

This store continues to be poorly stocked as they are completely out of several items at all times (unstocked items vary, but there are always many).  Another problem, which is most likely company-wide, is rearranging the store and where items are kept. This is done regularly - as soon as you figure out where everything moved to, it's moving again. Some call it a marketing ploy, I call it frustrating, time consuming, and likely to make me buy less. And the big problem I ran into this week: on Tuesday I stop after work to get hot chicken from the deli. I arrive at 8:10 and request to purchase a Pick 3 with 3 meats - the display case was full of most everything including a full pan of General Zso's chicken and barbecue chicken. I was told I could not purchase it because the deli closed at 8.  So, Thursday evening I arrive earlier to buy a Pick 3 chicken bucket from the deli. This time I arrive at 7:15. The chicken is completely gone, most sides and such gone, and a worker scooping the potatoes into a plastic bowl when there was no one waiting to purchase. I get the fluctuating nature of the prepared food world; I don't get this Wal Mart's inability to maintain product availability. Very frustrating.

Oh, and Kroger continues to have the better produce; Lanning's is a good place for produce too.

The staff here has been very friendly and helpful every time I've been here. The store is generally very clean and well stocked.

Decent, good selection, love the electronics reps and the hunting and gear reps but everywhere else is a bit eh. Very casual staff is nice, but annoying sometimes when they can't help you with anything but they've been there for years. Very few staff around late night so you're on your own but it's always weirdly nice when no one's there.
