Absolutely horrible customer service. Was talked into a tablet, asked if I needed a special plan for the tablet, was told no. Then ended up being charged for a plan for the damn tablet that I never REALLY wanted in the first place. The manager in store was extremely rude and condescending, seemed like it was bothering him to help me, and this was before I had any complaints, so it's not like he was dealing with an upset customer at the time. Sprint corporate also refused to correct his mistakes, and only conceded to account credits after over half an hour on the phone with two different people. Would not recommend this location to ANYONE at all ever.

We switched over to Sprint using this store in February and we have had issues ever since. First off, it took us 4 hours to even open an account! Second, I have been charged for my "free" phone since our second bill. No one seems to be able/willing to fix this mistake. Third, somehow 4 other lines got opened about a month after we first opened our account. The fraud department "took off the fraudulent charges" but left us with a balance of $128. For what? No one can tell us! Again, unable/ unwilling to help us in the slightest.

And from what my husband was told, we aren't the only ones that got screwed over by the kid they had working the day out account was opened. Apparently he was let go. This store... and Sprint... is a joke!!

Sprint is the biggest joke of a phone company I've seen. They seem like a great deal at first to get you away from your current provider then once you get your phones paid off they raise your bill and then nobody can give you an answer to why your bill went up. Then if you call customer service they don't give you any answers they just put it off onto one of there stores by telling you to go in and check with them.

Run as fast as you can from this store, it's been nothing but a nightmare trying to deal with them and their dishonesty!
Use the Sprint store INSIDE Polaris mall, it's a Sprint Corporate store and we've been completely satisfied with them.
