Unprofessional, awful customer service, unknowledgeable about their phones and package deals. Ignore and Talk about personal issues in front of their customers. Their manager is the worst!

Horrible, horrible, horrible cellphone company. I am giving them 1 star only because that is the lowest the system will let me give. I have not been able to use my phone to make or receive phone calls since getting the new phone and service 8 months ago. The only time I can make phone calls is when I am home and use wifi enabled calling. After many trips to the local Sprint store they were not able to help me. I filled a BBB claim and their tech dept called me and did some remote work, now I cannot even use my phone when connected to my wifi. Word to the wise....DO NOT SWITCH TO SPRINT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everyone there was really nice and they exactly what plans and devices are best for my busy lifestyle. And they even showed me that I was getting a really good deal. This is now the only Sprint store I go into because they know me pretty well and it's good when they can remember you. It's just always good to go somewhere where they have excellent customer service. I give five stars!!! 😊

I was helped by the store manager. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She also had a great sense of humor. Overall it was a pleasant experience working with her. Hope she see's this because I didn't get a chance to personally extend my gratitude to her.
