I just left the Sprint store and again another great experience.  Good customer service. The staff is friendly and very capable of handling any problem.  I have bought all my phones at this store and every time I have a good experience.  I definitely will come back again.  Just bought the iPhone 10.  Thanks again Farhan it was great working with you.

Great store !!!!  They helped me pick out the best phone for my mother and she loves it  .  Help me fix my phone and gave me great advice.  What I like the most is that I didn't feel pressured to buy.  I came back 3, times before I could decide what I wanted. I got exactly what wanted

The person who helped me was nice but he rarely looked at me and refused to scan the printed confirmation I received from Sprint through email.  This caused me over half a day of being on the phone with Sprint, being shuffled from person to person, and being disconnected several times.  I finally went to the PG Plaza store and got the best service, which started with the person SCANNING my printed confirmation, and all was OK, like it should have been in the first place.
