If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I took my fax machine to them twice to get repaired. They are horrible with updating you on your machines. The techs never calls to explain anything. I believe they lie and tell you you product works when it does not. My fax machine is not working when I bring it at home but they say it works there. I will never take anything to them.

BAD EXPERIENCE... I called LKA Computer Consultants to schedule a proctored exam to be taken a week later. The person who answered the phone said i had to come in person to register. I came in person the next day to schedule the exam, and the receptionist seemed confused and not sure how to get the exam set up. I sat and waited for half an hour while the secretary and her manager tried to figure things out. After waiting almost 45 minutes I asked, "So what times are available for me to schedule the test?" The manager replied in an angry tone, "We scheduled you for NOW, if you wanted to take it another time you should have said something." No one asked me anything the whole time or suggested that they were registering me to take the exam right away. Fortunately, I was able to cancel the exam and schedule it at another facility. This poor review is mainly because of their attitude and lack of communication.

LKA provide warranty for lenovo, so I went there with my laptop, whose fan did not work. That was two days before my warranty expired, and they accepted. However, they forgot it there for several days, and then started to contact Lenovo after the warranty expired. Then they shamelessly called me, saying that "we cannot repair your laptop because its warranty expired...you have to pay..." Fortunately I bought my laptop with American Express, who provides extended warranty. Shame on LKA!!!
