Went in on a Wednesday late afternoon to get a phone upgrade. I thought I had to go to the suburbs to get good customer service, but decided to give this center city store a shot since I was short on time.
Did not wait at all, was helped immediately by enthusiastic employee who listened to what I wanted and then directed me toward a phone that turned out to be perfect for me.
Another employee setup my new phone, answered all my questions and had me out of there within a half hour.
In short, very helpful, no wait, and appeared to be competent from top to bottom. Very satisfied, and will go back to this store for any problem.

In town for a wedding. I had lost my phone and needed a replacement. I dropped by the Sprint store about 30 minutes before closing. Mashamba explained my options and took care of everything in 15 minutes. He was a pleasure to work with! Great service!

After being to two different CORPORATE stores in south Philadelphia/center city, and was treated very rudely.. I finally got to the 1235 chestnut street location. Not only were my needs met, I was accommodated with a smile and treated nicely by Marlon. If anyone has any issues with their phones after signing a new contract, and you're treated poorly plus no accommodations at other locations, go see Marlon and he will take care of you! After running around the city to every corporate location, in the rain, while 26 weeks pregnant I was infuriated! Thank God for this guy. He completely turned my day around, and replaced my faulty iphone6 with a brand new one. Thank you so much, Marlon!
