I purchased a 55" TV from there a couple of weeks ago. The price was very attractive, the staff very friendly and most of all (What made me give Stereo City a five star rating) they delivered my TV that same day as I had requested.

Ordered an item on amazonand waited 5 weeks to get it. Then two weeks later one of the channels went bad. So I contacted stereo city to resolve the problem. Felt with a guy named Alex and he gave me an address to send it back to stereo city. So I sent the item ups and two weeks later I call apex to see if he will send me another unit and he tells me they moved the store location and the old address was no longer any good for shipping items too. The old unit got sent back to me at my cost and my issue was still not resolved. Alex told me that by that time it had been more than a month since time of purchase so I have to go directly to technical pro for warrany issues. What a waste of my time and money dealing with this company. After getting nowhere with Alex, I asked to speak to a manager or owner and he couldn't tell me who that was. Very unsatisfied. Kept giving me the run around.

Bad customer service , guy on the phone gave ma attitude and tried to rush me off the phone and I only had one question.

Bought an item that turned out to not be what I needed, but they took the return without a receipt and gave me no trouble. Friendly and helpful and easy to work with!
