It's an upgrade from 7 eleven. Almost always out of stuff from plastic cutlery to decent birthday gift bags. I think its primary function is a pick up center for online orders. The downtown city targets in Chicago and Seattle and SF are far more legit than either Philly downtown target.

Very clean floors,restroom.shelves which were well stocked and organized. Staff were friendly and p0lite. Please install a price checker because there's no list on the cold beverage door,and two shelves. Or have prices displayed on all merchandise. Let's end on happy note 4☆☆☆☆ 5 when prices are visible. Terrible, horrible staff. I had shopped here a lot, and brought my Grandmother in to pick up some groceries. She had an emergency that necessitated she get into the bathroom quickly. Management wouldn't open the door for her, could not be found in the aisles, and when they finally arrived, they did so slowly and carelessly. The security guard at the front spoke disrespectfully to me as I tried to get someone to unlock the bathroom door. No one in management apologized even though my family calmly expressed our terrible experience to the people there.

This store is a great addition to the neighborhood. Although the selection is limited by store size, the grocery department makes food shopping quick and easy.

Small version of a regular Target, some items priced higher because of location. I prefer store at 19th and Walnut which has 2 floors and somewhat more selection. Neither has enough space to be a legitimate Target, however.
