I forgot why I don't come to this store anymore. And now that I'm in it currently I just remembered it's because the workers in here are rude and mean. They have the knowledge I'll give them that but their delivery and explaining it to customers sucks really bad. There should be no yelling at a customer. I understand certain situations were you have to keep repeating yourself in different ways to get your point across but making the customer feel stupid isn't a good way. This store needs an evaluation of their employees because at this rate I won't be surprise if they get closed down.

I had a great experience at this store. Mike and Maribel helped me to transfer over a phone I had bought at another store and they made my experience much more pleasant than the first sprint store.

I'm a new customer transferring from T-mobile on 07.25.17. It a very long time to transfer everything over over 1 hour. The Sales Rep, Bobby was great. I purchased two iPhones, however, I noticed the next day when putting the case on one of the phones a scratch was on the screen. I took it back during my lunch break on 07.26.17 at 12:42pm. I asked for Bobby , he was with a customer. He asked me how could he help, I told him about the scratch on the screen. One of the ladies asked him was it new or refurbished. The other lady stated, the screen is dirty. I looked and said, no, there is a scratch on the screen and she seen it. Erica asked was plastic on the phone. I said yes, but people repackage products all the time. Erica was dismissive to the point of me leaving. Im strongly considering returning everything and going back to T-mobile.
