If I could give a 0 I would. Maybe because I had a few questions why he told me I'm paying 280 then only charged 260. Or maybe when he said sign here and said I owed another 446.00 and wanted my signature saying he went over all the costs... or maybe when the employee didn't know I was standing right there and was mocking me saying extremely rude comments to where I wanted to call him out. I understand they might hate their lives with the positions they are in. But be at least a little professional and realize you're wearing a company's name on your shirt. If I didn't already pay I would have crushed the phone in the store and left.

store was horrible i pre ordered my iPhone 7 on september 8th its december and i still have not received it i called another sprint store and they told me that my file says that i have not even ordered anything then i called this store the store i ordered it from and they said they need to see my ID to look up my account or basically help me as all which is BS. the other store i called had just done it over the phone prior to me calling here. They were definitely not helpful at all and hung up on me and sent me to voicemail multiple times. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
